Amanda joined MGNY in 2023 as an Affordable Housing Project Manager. Her responsibilities include tenant selection and leasing for projects on behalf of developers through the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development's Housing Connect Lotteries. She works closely with applicants, evaluating their eligibility and providing guidance throughout the lease-up process. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, focusing on Construction Management and Real Estate Development, from the University of Maryland. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys teaching Pilates and spending time with friends and family.
