Carlos joined MGNY in August of 2022 as a Residential Tour Guide. Facilitating tours throughout four of the five boroughs, assisting applicants with questions, and being the intermediary agent for project managers and developers was the key in the success of his development. A year later, Carlos would become an Associate Project Manager to assist in more technical aspects. This includes coordinating tours for potential applicants, processing documents for New York City Housing Preservation and Development, finalizing and reviewing documents to sign leases, and ensuring responses to all questions from developers, applicants, and government agencies alike.

Outside of the office, Carlos spends his time riding his bicycle, training in Muay Thai, and paddling in outrigger canoes on the Hudson River.
