Greg is the RPIE Director at MGNY. He personally works with property owners to file their mandatory annual Real Property Income and Expense (RPIE) statements, including Storefront Registrations and applicable rent roll submissions, through MGNY's proprietary portal. He also interacts directly with the Department of Finance to reduce eligible RPIE non-compliance penalties.Greg is an urbanist whose passion for cities was incited by his hometown of Montreal. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music, spending time at the beach, and riding public transportation.
