  • Re-marketing the affordable units pursuant to HPD requirements
  • Ensuring that the affordable units are rented to households that meet the applicable income and occupancy requirements
  • Ensuring that the applicants for affordable units are approved by HPD prior to execution of a lease
  • Ensuring that the affordable units are not offered to or rented by a corporation, partnership or other entity,
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant rent stabilization rules
