Sasha joined MGNY Affordable Housing unit as a Project Manager, and was recently promoted to a Senior Project Manager role. She works on behalf of developers to manage and oversee the lease-up of new multi-family development projects throughout New York City. She works closely with prospective applicants to determine eligibility and fit for each project through NYC’s Housing Lottery and administers compliance of regulations prescribed by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), the New York State Homes & Community Renewal (HCR) and New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD). Sasha is passionate about the interior design and architecture. In her free time she paints, travels and watches movies.
