Elena joined MGNY in July 2021 as HR/Training Development Director. Elena graduated from the University of Oklahoma with Master Degree in Human Relations, and has an extensive experience in all aspects of HR. Prior to joining the company, was a Chief HR Officer at Fresno Surgical Hospital. Elena is very passionate about employee training and development, and focused on developing and implementing all culture, employee engagement and organizational development initiative. When Elena isn’t busy with solving people challenges, she enjoys travelling with her family, reading books and attending her daughter’s ballet performances.
