Alex oversees the day-to-day operations of the Affordable Housing unit. His daily tasks include meeting with eligible applicants and processing their applications with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). Alex works closely with MGNY’s development and analytics teams, ensuring applications are approved and units are filled efficiently. Alex also liaises between developers and prospective applicants, making sure there is a mutual fit. Alex’s hobbies include cooking, playing guitar, listening to music, and exploring New York City’s numerous landmarks.
