Neil joined MGNY in 2021 and currently oversees Special Projects. The Special Projects unit focuses on large luxury real estate developments with an affordable housing component. As Director of Special Projects Neil leads a team of Project Managers through marketing, lease-up and ongoing compliance. He manages client onboarding, and acts as a key consultant with owners, investors and their management teams.
