Clara joined MGNY as an Affordable Housing Project Manager in 2021. Her primary role is managing the tenant selection workflow for large-scale workforce housing lotteries in the Special Projects division. She works closely with prospective housing applicants to ensure that the application process is as accessible and pain-free as possible, while in adherence to all lottery leasing guidelines set forth by New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD). She also monitors all processes relating to lottery lease-up and tenant selection to identify possibilities for further efficiency and streamlining. In her free time, Clara enjoys biking, painting, traveling, and visiting museums.
