An enthusiast of the built and natural environment, Manny joined MGNY's Special Projects unit as an Affordable Housing Project Manager in June 2024. The Special Projects unit works closely with developers on large luxury real estate developments with an affordable housing component. He manages marketing, tenant selection, and leasing for multi-family projects marketed through the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development's Housing Connect Lotteries.

With experience in multi-family and commercial Real Estate and Non-Profits, Manny studied Public Policy and Urban Design and Architecture at New York University. He is dedicated to keeping New York City vibrant and attractive by ensuring housing is affordable, sustainable, and accessible while also providing value for his clients. During his leisure, Manny spends his time exploring the City, traveling, writing stories, and cooking.
