Vlad joined MGNY in 2021 as a 421-a analyst. He works closely with developers to ensure that their qualifying projects receive a 421-a tax abatement. Vlad works through each step of the process from the initial application through complying with the various requirements set forth by New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD).

Vlad received his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from New York Law School and is licensed to practice law in New York.
