James joined MGNY in 2024 as an Affordable Housing Project Manager. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Columbia University, where he majored in American Studies. Prior to his academic career, he served in the Army, gaining valuable skills that he applies in his current role.

At MGNY, James's responsibilities include working with developers to aid the transition of tenants into available units and ensuring that necessary regulations and requirements are met.
James is originally from New Jersey, and holds close emotional ties to NYC, having grown up in close proximity to to it. Outside of work he enjoys weightlifting, riding his motorcycle, good movies and reading.
