Swetha joined the MGNY team as a Project Manager in January 2023. Her primary responsibility is to manage tenant selection and leasing on behalf of developers for multi-family projects marketed through the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development's Housing Connect Lotteries. She works closely with applicants, meticulously evaluating their eligibility for affordable housing projects and providing guidance throughout the lease-up process. She holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, focusing on Construction Management and Real Estate Finance, from Columbia University. During her leisure time, Swetha enjoys exploring NYC and playing with her dogs.
