Zar joined MGNY in 2024, and she brings over two decades of experience in finance, lending, consulting, and program management. She has directed multimillion-dollar initiatives supporting affordable homeownership and led high-performing teams across corporate and nonprofit sectors. Zar brings a strategic, data-driven approach to operations, compliance, and cross-sector collaboration.

In her free time, Zar enjoys exploring all the dining and entertainment New York City has to offer and also loves spending quality time with her 9-year-old French Bulldog.
