Chicon Cruz is the Director of Affordable Housing at MGNY Consulting, where she leads compliance, lease-ups, and operational excellence for LIHTC, 421a, and a wide range of affordable housing programs. With nearly two decades in the field, Chicon has a strong background in property management and, in recent years, has focused on overseeing compliance workflows for clients. She has led teams through complex regulatory environments while building efficient, compliance-centered processes for multifamily communities across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Chicon holds certifications as a Certified Occupancy Specialist and a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (LIHTC), bringing a detail-oriented yet approachable style that ensures projects remain compliant and clients are well-served.

Outside of work, Chicon loves spending time with her family and is passionate about music.
