Zach joined MGNY in 2025 as an intern and is now an Associate Project Manager in the Affordable Housing Unit. He supports Project Managers with marketing and lease-ups for NYC Housing Lottery developments and assists applicants with documentation and status updates.

Zach holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University, where he studied Architecture and Environmental Science. He enjoys reading about urbanism, housing, and the history and politics of New York City. In his free time, Zach loves watching movies, cooking spicy food, and biking.
