Maddie joined MGNY in June 2024 as an Affordable Housing Project Manager and was promoted to Director, Special Projects in October 2026. Throughout her time at MGNY, she has played a key role in the successful lease-up of some of New York City’s largest residential developments. She works closely with real estate developers, applicants and city agencies, bringing a strategic, hands-on approach to the affordable housing process and helping clients navigate the intricacies of affordable leasing.

Maddie’s degree in Strategic Communications, combined with her professional background in public relations, technology and marketing, allows her to bring a unique blend of skills to her work. She particularly values the opportunity to serve as a meaningful connection between applicants and the city’s ever-evolving housing landscape, making a tangible impact on the lives of New Yorkers.

In her free time, Maddie can be found bird watching, hiking, making pottery or shooting film photography.
