Melanie joined the company early in 2020 and initially served as a Property Tax Advisor at MGNY. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Chemistry, Melanie worked as a Chemist for several years. In 2017, she developed a passion for real estate and leveraged her analytical skills to identify optimal strategies for property tax reduction. Her role included preparing and filing annual appeals with the Tax Commission and attending hearings.

Melanie's exceptional performance and strategic insight have led to her promotion to Associate Director for the unit. In this new role, she will work closely with the Director for the unit, lead a team of experts, and drive innovative approaches to property tax reduction. Her journey from Property Tax Advisor to Associate Director reflects her dedication, expertise, and leadership within the company.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys studying personal development, ballroom dancing, and spending time with her dog, Milo.
