Faina has been a part of the MGNY team since 2019. Currently, as a Client Success Manager, Faina is committed to providing the highest level of service and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. Her role involves identifying clients' needs and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Previously, Faina led MGNY's Property Tax Appeal unit: she was responsible for various operational functions, the improvement of company-wide business strategies, and its software. She is passionate about delivering superior customer service, new technologies, and creating efficient processes.

After graduating from Baruch College and Fordham Law School, Faina specialized in the field of administrative property law, which gave her a unique insight into the ever-evolving world of real estate in New York City and the needs of property owners, developers, and property managers. Prior to her real estate career, Faina was an accomplished Latin Ballroom dancer and instructor, and she continues to teach dance. She also enjoys jogging, reading non-fiction, and volunteering.
