With 14 years of experience in human resources, Melanie has a background of working in various industries, including the AEC consulting space and product ingredient design and manufacturing. She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and joined MGNY in February 2025 as an HR Business Partner, based in the NYC area. In her role, she focuses on supporting HR initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family and her hound/lab mix rescue dog. She’s a dedicated New York Yankees fan and a novice chef whose culinary skills are largely inspired by Food Network entertainment. Melanie is also a passionate supporter of Rutgers University athletics, regularly attending football and basketball games.
