Neil joined MGNY in 2021 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, Affordable Housing. In this role, he oversees the Division’s operational strategy and execution across all affordable housing departments, with an emphasis on affordable housing initiatives embedded within large-scale luxury developments. Neil provides executive leadership to the Project Management, Marketing, Lease-Up, and Compliance teams, ensuring streamlined operations and high-performance outcomes. His leadership ensures that MGNY remains agile, efficient, and responsive in a rapidly evolving real estate landscape. Neil also plays a central role in client engagement—overseeing onboarding, strengthening relationships with owners and investors, and serving as a key advisor to their executive and management teams.
